The spindle on your Dexter axle is going to be similar to the #84 E-Z Lube Spindle # TRU74FR in the image below. You can see there is a hole in the spindle where the grease will push through into your inner bearing. From there it will move along the spindle to the outer bearing where you will see the grease begin to push out the bearing and fill the grease cap. Your brakes shouldn't necessarily lock up at max boost output. The goal is not to lock the tires and cause the trailer tires to skid but rather to give strong breaking pressure to bring to a safe stop. It sounds like you have your brake assemblies # AKEBRK-35R-SA adjusted properly.

The trim kit on the Greystone 26" Electric Fireplace # 324-000068 can be removed. Just lift up on the front of the trim kit and it should be free to pull away from the body of the fireplace. Be careful when removing the trim kit as it is made of glass. Then you can access the mounting brackets and use screws in the mounting holes for a more permanent installation.

You'd have to source a 12 volt motion sensor trigger to wire to the power sources of the cameras in the Furrion side marker light kit part # FCE48TASL so that the cameras only have power when the motion sensor is triggered. While we don't carry motion sensor triggers they are pretty easily found online. You'd need one to basically act as a 12 volt relay.
